FAQ page Question- what if there is a discrepancy in the order when it arrives .. eg( 1 garment sent incorrect size) Answer - The discrepancy must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods via contact us page. Return Item in original condition and packaging to address on Contact Us Page with original packing invoice or good copy of invoice. postage on return item will be refunded to Your BSB and Bank Account No . replacement item will be sent to your address.
Question - What if I have a return what do I need to do ? Answer - All returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods via contact us page. A: Your order will be posted from Glasshouse Mountains if your order is under $200.00 USD and if it over that amount it will be sent directly from manufacturer in USA and you will qualify for Free Postage Q: If I live in United States, canada or any other part of world where does my order come from? A: Your order will be shipped directly from manufacturer and shipping costs will be calculated as on USA, Canada and International shipping cost chart as per Shipping page ,again if your order placed is over $200 USD you qualify for Free Postage.
