FAQ page 

Question- 1)  what if there is a discrepancy in the order when it arrives ..  eg( 1 garment sent incorrect size)

Question 2 ) What if item is faulty on arrival.

Answer -  The discrepancy must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods via contact us page.  Return Item in original condition and packaging to address on Contact Us Page with original  packing invoice or good copy of invoice. Postage on return item will be refunded to Your BSB and Bank Account No . Replacement item will be sent to your address.

Question  - What if I have a return what do I need to do ?

Answer  -  All returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods via contact us page. Please read Terms and conditions, as returns are governed by strict policy to protect you, The Customer.

 Question -  If I am owed a credit  on a return, what do I need to do?

Email_  Your BSB and ACCOUNT NO  and money Will be direct deposited straight into your account , if you prefer another method please contact me at info@usexydevillingerie-plus.com 

Q:  if I live in australia where do I get my order  delivered from?

A: Your order will be posted from Glasshouse Mountains , Queensland if your order is under $220.00 AUD. If it is over that amount it will be delivered directly from manufacturer in USA and you will qualify for Free Postage

Q: If I live in United States, canada or any other part of world where does my order come from?

A:  Your order will be shipped directly from manufacturer and shipping costs will be calculated as on USA, Canada and International shipping cost chart as per Shipping page , if  your placed order is over $200 USD you qualify for Free Postage.  

Question:     Are there any  other sizes or colours avalable  for items in product range.

Answer:     Usually not, but new availability may be possible on some occasions.

QUESTION :-      IF I HAVE WORN AN UNDER GARMENT EG.. G-STRING AND WANT TO RETURN IT WHAT CAN I DO ?

ANSWER;-     I AM SORRY IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN WORN IT CAN NOT BE RETURNED, IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO PROTECT YOU AS A CUSTOMER THAT YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING AN ITEM THAT SOMEONE  ELSE HAS WORN.
